Country: U.S.
Year: 2009

Delfosse Review: 34% Petit Mansent 22% Viogner 22% Chardonnay 22% Sauvignon Blanc.  Aged in a combination of French Oak and Stainless steel.  Intensely aromatic with bright hints of fresh cut grass and lemon peel.  Complex blend shows bright acidity with rich citrus, and spice up front, and lemon on the finish.  This elegant, well balanced wine exhibits a long finish with a bouquet of pineapple, peach, coconut, and apricot well integrated with soft oak.
My Review: The color of this wine looks like lawn grass that has dried out.  It looks a little empty.  It smells fruity and somewhat like grapefruit, I can tell why this wine is described as citrus.  It is incredibly smooth and with mineral qualities.  I like the complexity of the wine, there are so many different flavors from start to finish! It feels creamy and is not dry, and the end is pleasantly refreshing.
